CNN just announced that Cardinal Ratzinger is the new head of the Roman Catholic Church. As a symbol of conservatism and a longtime opponent of anything he deems outside of "tradition," Ratzinger is sure to be a controversial choice, especially here in the United States.
Well, maybe he'll surprise us all.
